Email / Marketing Automation Manager

Our client a well-known insurance company is looking for a freelance Email Marketing Automation Manager to join their team for the next 6 months 40 hours/week.

This is a hybrid role onsite Tues, Wed, and Thurs in either in their New York City or Bridgewater NJ office.

Must Haves

2+ years of managing and leading multichannel marketing automated campaigns Experience using Marketo Salesforce Markting Cloud or Adobe Campaign for email automation Experience using Salesforce

Additional Qualifications

2 to 3 years of experience project managing internal teams including planning and developing campaign based on outlined playbook leading team monitoring progress setting deadlines and ensuring crossfunctional stakeholder alignmentAgile Marketing experience a plusExperience in insurance andor financial services a huge plusBachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Gather email campaign requirements and manage email intake ensure proper requirements for build deploymentProject manage their B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns based on business requirements and implement predefined campaign automationAct as the subject matter expert on advising business on best practices for email marketing automationDocument campaign performances including benchmarks ROI as well as delivery and open rates, etc.Organize project manage monthly overviews and learning sessions with their global teams
