Organic Social Media Manager
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our SaaS is looking for an Organic Social Media Manager to own the strategy and execution of their organic social efforts while working in tandem with the Paid Social Media Manager!
Role will kick off at 15 - 20 hours/week thru Q3 and has some potential to increase hours there after depending on pipeline and fit!
This Organic Social Media Manager will be
Working with the Campaign Strategy and closely with their Paid Social Media Manager to increase brand awareness Owning orangic social strategy and execution for mostly LinkedIn and Twitter; sometimes IG Posting blogs, ebooks, thought leadership content across channels Writing posts for Internal Employee Advocacy Program in collaboration with Jasper AI Posting on social channels 2 - 3x/day Conducting reporting to track engagement, impressions, and how to optimize future strategy based on findings
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years owning orangic social strategy and execution for LinkedIn, Twitter and some IG experience for SaaS clients ideally using Sprout (or Hootsuite) Can speak to strategy process and how it's increased social engagement overall Can provide insights into post performance and it inform strategy revisions Proven ability in building on an organic social program Excellent writing/communication skills
