Overview Of The Accountant Role
Assists with month-end close processPerforms data entry input in connection with the preparation of reportsPrepares and posts journal entriesPrepares General Ledger account reconciliations to explain variances from prior periods and budgetProcess vendor payments by initiating wires or ACH
Preferred Qualifications For The AccountBachelor'sBachelor’s Degree In Accounting
1-5 years of accounting experienceFixed assets, accruals, pre-paid and depreciation schedules Experience in the medical field is a plusExperience with payroll entries (i.e., payroll accruals, overtime worker's, worker's compensation, commission accrual) is a plusPrior work experience in month-end close
