Overview Of The Accounting Associate Role
Enter AP invoices, run and review AP outstanding, process weekly check runs for full cycle.The Accounting Associate assists with monitoring accruals and prepaids analysisDeposit client checks, process client ACH and credit cards through Aspire software & CardPointeAccounting Associate issues credit memos and refundsContact clients as needed and provide invoices, statements or follow up on AR balances due
Preferred Qualifications For Accounting Associate Role
Associates or bachelors degree required.Accounting Associate should have at least 2 years of payables/receivables experienceModerate experience with Excel. Looking for a candidate that is a problem solver & dependable.
