Overview Of The Accounting Manager
The Bookkeeper will perform accounting from A-Z for multiple locations.Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports for all employees.Ensure billing of Medicaid and Resident Liability payments.Interacts with Accounting Department at Central Support Office.Maintain petty cash bank accounts including weekly check processing and monthly account reconciliation.Analyze month end reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements as required.Oversee account analysis, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables.Supervise one Admin Staff.Oversee, research, establish, and maintain business contracts and leases.Review budget monthly and assist in annual budget process.Assist in the development and maintenance of the operational budget.Maintain fixed assets record and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounting Manager
At least two years of accounting experience including payroll.Ability to work onsite in Antioch.
