Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll be integral to our Finance and Accounting department, supporting the purchasing life cycle and maintaining vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities
Process vendor account creations and updates, meeting service level agreements.Reconcile complex vendor account activities and address EDI 810 exceptions.Evaluate brand/payee relationships for accurate payment processing.Perform 3-way invoice matching and onboard EDI invoice vendors.Maintain credit memos, ensuring timely payment application.
Basic Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting2+ years processing full cycle Accounts PayableStrong reconciliation experience
