ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team in their Pittsburgh office. This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day accounting responsibilities, providing financial, administrative and clerical assistance to the company. This position will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Overview Of The Ar Specialist Role
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process accounts receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerforming day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' dataPreparing bills receivables, invoices and bank depositsThe Accounts Receivable Specialist will reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted and verify discrepanciesAssist in preparing financial statementsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, being responsive to email requests and other internal communications
Preferred Qualifications Ar Specialist Role
2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounting experienceProficient data entry skills and extensive excel experienceAbility to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely mannerThe Accounts Receivable Specialist will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
