Overview Of The Assistant Controller Role
The Assistant Controller will be involved in complete cycle accounting, overseeing monthly close, taxes, and account reconciliationsThe Assistant Controller will assist with commissions, WIP, Fixed Asset Schedules, Amortization schedulesAnalyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting projectionsAssist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsAssist in HUD/Home Closing Entries
Preferred Qualifications For The Assistant CControlBachelor'slor'sdegree In Accounting
3+ years of experience CPA designation (++)Homebuilding experience is a MUST
