CFS has partnered with a leading Michigan law firm that's looking to hire a Billing Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work for a well know Grand Rapids firm and to be a part of a collaborative team!
The Billing Specialist will be primarily responsible for processing client invoices, editing time entries on prebills, and responding to billing inquiries from attorneys and legal assistants.
Billing Specialist Requirements
Associates degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience3 to 5 years in a professional services environment, including previous billing experience is preferredDetail oriented, self-motivated, and highly organizedExcellent customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookWorks well both independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle challenges in a professional mannerKnowledge of legal services billing software strongly preferredPrevious experience with eBilling strongly preferred
