Overview Of The Contracts Receivable Specialist Role
Creates invoices for an array of contracts and grants from local, state, federal, and private donors.Activates awards, projects, activities in relation to the contract/grant.Reconcile and analyze revenue/unbilled amounts monthly.Ad hoc reporting/projects.
Preferred Qualifications For The Contracts Receivable Specialist
3-5 years of Contracts/AR experienceBachelors in Accounting, Finance, or relatedIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsWorkday system experience is a PLUSExcellent written and verbal communication skills
