CFS of New York is working with a college prep institution helping kids prepare for college In business for 20+ years providing equal education opportunities in the East Coast They have 41 schools and over 15,000 students and are rated as a top charter school network in the country This person will be working in the Queens and Brooklyn area with 5 schools Full benefits including 403B, and paid family leave
Role Responsibilities- Manager of Employee Relations
Providing guidance on employment relations functions for 5 schools including investigations, and talent management issues Managing HR administration, employment verifications, case management Advising schools in conflicting resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee related items Working with ADP Workforce now
Preferred Qualifications- Manager Of Employee Relations
4+ years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to commute to 5 schools (train or car) Knowledge in ADP Work Force
