Financial Analyst - Reporting & Analytics
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and distribute accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual reports, variance analyses, and ad-hoc analyses.Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver relevant financial information.Power BI and Data Visualization:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize financial and operational data.Leverage Power BI's capabilities to transform data into meaningful insights and enable data-driven decision-making.Automate reporting processes and streamline data integration from various sources.Excel Modeling and Analysis:Build complex financial models and forecasting tools using Excel's advanced features (e.g., VBA, pivot tables, formulas, macros).Perform detailed analyses, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial implications.Develop user-friendly templates and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting roles.Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization and analysis tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus.
