Job Responsibilities
As the IT Manager you will play an integral position within our client’s Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of essential job functions that include the support of a new ERP system and the infrastructure.
Specific Duties In This Role Include
Supporting a new ERP systemPerform hands-on supportLead a team of IT professionals in different locationsResearch and plan upgrades and maintenance of current infrastructureWork closely with other executives to continue company growth from a technology perspectiveTraining staff on latest market trends and technologiesCommunicate effectively, both written and verbal, to both onsite and remote employees

We are looking for an experienced IT leader who combines strong leadership and organizational skills, with solid prioritization and attention to detail abilities. You must have sound judgment and strong reasoning skills, as well as good analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific Requirements For This Position Include
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experienceMust have experience in ERP support experience (IQMS preferred)Experience with maintaining an IT infrastructureExperience working in a multi-site organizationStrong communication and project management skillsExperience presenting to executive level employeesAbility to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
