Position Expectations And Responsibilities

Execute biweekly payroll processes with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness as a Junior Accountant.Manage 403(b) contributions and loan payments, demonstrating proficiency in handling complex financial transactions as a Junior Accountant.Perform monthly reconciliation of benefits-related balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity and compliance as a Junior Accountant.Generate provider productivity reports weekly and monthly for management, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making as a Junior Accountant.Scrutinize and reconcile daily cash receipts from all sites and Billing, ensuring accuracy and completeness as a Junior Accountant.Draft and input journal entries into the accounting system as a Junior Accountant with precision and adherence to accounting standards.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Demonstrate a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), applying them effectively in day-to-day tasks and financial reporting as a Junior Accountant.Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, utilizing advanced functions to streamline processes and enhance productivity as a Junior Accountant.

Minimum Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, showcasing a solid foundation in financial principles and practices as a Junior Accountant.At least two years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of success and continuous professional development (preferred) as a Junior Accountant.
