Key Responsibilities Of Property Accountant
Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications Of The Property Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceHospitality/1+ years of experience preferred.Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
