Responsibilities Of The Receptionist
The Receptionist will answer the phone for our client's multiple lines of business with a positive and friendly demeanorThe Receptionist will take charge of the administrative tasks of the office including ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies, preparing the board room for guests and meetings and handling inter-office events like birthdays, celebrations and team building outings. The Receptionist will check and log any mail, input any checks and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
