Job Title: Senior ERP Analyst
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Position Overview: The Senior ERP Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of the ERP platform for various locations. You will work closely with end users to identify gaps and make changes to improve efficiency, make configuration changes, and train end users. You will also be an escalation point for support tickets as needed.
Responsibilities Of The Senior ERP Analyst
Serve as the foremost expert in the Plex ERP system within the enterprise, guiding the utilization of Plex and other vendors as necessary to optimize productivity and streamline operations. Create, document, and refine business procedures across all Plex modules in collaboration with both plant and corporate stakeholders. Ensure consistent adherence to established processes across all plants, aiming for dependable and precise results. Conduct research, evaluation, testing, and execution of modifications to bolster Plex ERP systems and operational workflows. Actively lead and participate in problem-solving sessions and workshops. Help with EDI change requests. Foster collaboration with internal and external teams to enhance Plex ERP utilization. Apply industry-leading methodologies to enhance efficiency across Plex ERP modules. Offer support for the implementation and continuous maintenance of MES Automation and Orchestration.
Required Skills Of The Senior ERP Analyst
At least 5 years of experience with ERP End User Support, Platform Improvement, and Administration.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with administering and deploying Plex MES Automation and Orchestration.
Bonus Skills Of The Senior ERP Analyst
Hands-on experience with administering and deploying Plex MES Automation and Orchestration.Data visualization using Power BI or similar. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to members of a leadership team. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar.
