Preferred Experience & Qualities
Experience within a Help Desk or Technical support role utilizing a ticketing system and monitoring tools.Experience with user administration using Office 365 or Active Directory.Exposure to using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM).Familiarity with Network support tools like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Ping, and Traceroute.Comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
