Experience in managing HSEQ programs for Offshore Oil & Gas operationsWorks closely with management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality programs and cultureCoordinates and actively participates in the screening, onboarding and training of all personnel & subcontractorsFacilitates and leads safety meetings for all personnelManages DISA, ISNetworld and Veriforce accounts to ensure compliance with customer requirementsConducts regular worksite inspections to verify compliance and employee understanding of HSEQ policies and proceduresFacilitates and performs audits and investigations of failures and incidents, including root cause analysis investigationsInteracts with customers with regards to HSEQ policies and proceduresOther tasks as required
