📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: HVAC Sales Rep
Location: Hooksett, NH
Position Responsibilities
Actively participate in education and training on the latest industry technologies and sales best practicesEstablish and maintain client rapport with our products and services.Generate commercial leads and develop qualified opportunities.Formulate and present accurate and complete sales proposals.Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service and installation managers.Educate prospective clients on the superior quality of our services.Follow-up with existing bids and leads.Maintain client information and update activities in Salesforce.Foster client development and client satisfaction for repeat and recurring revenues
Position Requirements
Computer literate to include average skills with Microsoft applications and Salesforce.Minimum 3 years of previous HVAC / MEP Sales.Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.Strategic, process-oriented thinker with a strong work ethic and proactive decision-making ability.Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment.Ability to generate accurate, consistent, and timely prospecting and sales work to achieve sales objectives.Demonstrable ability to work well with others.Perform estimating and pricing activity to ensure best value solutions at highest attainable margins.Other duties as may be assigned.
