Communications/Project Coordinator

Location: MN-Maplewood, Hybrid 1-2 days on site

Responsibilities

Identify internal communication needs for ITEngage IT stakeholders across all functional areas to define list of communications needsDraft, review, and publish weekly and ad hoc communications through FAQs, emails, Viva Engage posts, and other similar channelsCoordinate with Global Comms team on company-wide communications for IT topicsManage and document meeting minutes, workshop summaries, and leadership messages from core IT governance meetingsSupport IT PMO team with drafting meeting minutes, workshop summaries and leadership messages

Qualifications

2-4 year experience

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
