Business Analyst – ManagerPay: $100,000-$120,000Location: Clayton, NC Our global manufacturing client based in North Carolina is redefining the world of furniture by bringing beautiful pieces to the modern office space. Their goal is to improve spaces and increase collaboration and culture with uniquely designed chairs, tables, stools and more. With over $15 million in annual revenue, this business is on track for continued growth and successResponsibilities Analyze periodic results and provide decision support.Support budget creation and track investments.Lead demand planning with operations.Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities.Analyze trends for pricing strategies.Support pricing activities and monitor launch performance.Develop a three-year strategic roadmap.Collaborate on growth mapping and KPI development.Establish and track ROI metrics for marketing.Implement cost reduction programs and assess supplier impact.Support demand and capacity planning.Lead improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.Manage staffing and oversee performance management.Coordinate production scheduling and supplier relationships.Maintaining standards as stipulated in ISO 9001 (to be developed) & ISO 14000 where applicable to manufacturing engineering.Lead and support product sustainability and environmental initiatives to align to our company objectives.This position, together with supply chain, will develop and manage production scheduling, capacity parameters and labor adjustments to align with order demands.This position, together with Purchasing and Design/Development engineering, responsible for developing and working with NA & global suppliers to ensure required quality levels are achieved.QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in any business fieldTotal 6 years of experience providing analytical support across the full value chainStrong understanding of ERP systemsExpert knowledge of Microsoft tools, specifically ExcelProficient in taking insights and presenting them as actionable outcomesWorking knowledge SQL coding or scripting preferredHighly analytical and ability to translate analysis to business recommendationsDemonstrated ability to manage projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in planning and organizing capabilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneouslyAbility to travel locally and internationallyCategory Code: JN008
