Job Description
As a key member of our development team, you'll combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to drive coding excellence and collaborate with fellow developers. You'll contribute to enhancing our software applications, optimize performance, and champion best practices. Effective communication and mentorship will be essential as you interact with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:Utilize your coding proficiency while coaching and collaborating with developers as a technical anchor.Develop new enhancements and features for our software applications.Identify opportunities to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.Communicate effectively with project team members, client service managers, project managers, and economists.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in coding C#, .Net Core, or other object-oriented languages.Hands-on experience (3 to 5+ years) with Azure (SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS).Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).Familiarity with Angular, component libraries, and related technologies.Proven ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.Strong passion for efficiency and process improvement.Experience with Azure DevOps and pipelines is advantageous.Excellent communication skills among software developers.Familiarity with setting up Terraform scripts to support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
This is a remote position based in the United States.Occasional travel to team and departmental meetings at our home office, approximately quarterly, may be required due to remote work arrangements.
