Retail Merchandising Intern

Overview

The Retail Merchandising Intern will complete day-to-day tasks vital to assist the Crocs Merchandising team. Such as reporting updates, assortment tool updates & coordination. Develop a broad, general understanding of all merchandising functions, responsibilities, and cross-functional interdependencies in order to provide merchandising support across multiple divisions/categories.

What You'll Do

Assist the Merchant group in daily/weekly/seasonal merchandising and planning functions including: Learn and Train: Interns will participate in learning opportunities, training sessions, and workshops to gain practical skills and knowledge in merchandising and planning. Assist with Projects: Interns will support ongoing projects by conducting research, capturing data, or providing administrative support Presentation and Reporting: Prepare weekly sales report and to gain an understanding of key metric used to take action against. Prepare visual materials and organize samples for team meetings Participate in execution of monthly Go to Market (GTM) strategies. Line list management inclusive of system maintenance & data entry: centric, o9, excel Teamwork: Work alongside team members to contribute ideas, offer insights, and collaborate on tasks or project with Marketing, Allocation, Store Operation teams. Network: Engage with professionals within the company and build connections for future career opportunities

Excellent teammate, enjoys working cross functionally with various teams and personality types Highly organized, able to shift priorities with a sense of urgency, have excellent attention to detail Highly proficient in Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Docs and Power BI Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities within deadlines and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50/hour

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
