About The Role

The Executive Briefing Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Executive Customer Programs. As EBP Coordinator you will partner closely with Sales to host virtual executive briefings as well as with the Global Events team to ensure the success of executive briefings at industry conferences. You will be responsible for managing planning processes, timelines, stakeholder communications & enablement, executive engagement, and for overseeing the successful execution of briefings virtually and onsite at conferences.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with an aptitude for building partnerships, project management, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, and deliver on both strategic and tactical program initiatives.

This is expected to be a 9-12 month contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

Manage executive briefings in-person, at internal and industry conferences Plan and host/facilitate virtual briefings Evaluate briefing requests based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, market segmentation, stage in sales cycle, etc.Act as consultant to account manager from initial briefing request to create agenda, source discussion leaders and lead prep callsWork with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other areas of the company to create, plan and execute briefings Plan briefings that meet the objectives of both the customer and account teamFacilitate prep and planning calls with account team and discussion leaders to ensure discussion leaders understand briefing objectivesPopulate and keep briefing management system up to dateConsult with and coach account managers on successful briefing executionBuild and maintain relationships with product managers, executives and executive admins regarding processes and procedures necessary to execute successful briefingsConduct follow-up on each briefing, identifying post-briefing opportunitiesCreate and revise processes and procedures in support of the program’s overall objectivesMaintain relationships with internal users and senior leadership to ensure their objectives are being metStay abreast of new product developmentsManage special projects as assignedOnsite at conferences greet and help customers, prepare meeting rooms, manage meeting logistics and address “day of” briefing escalations

What You'll Need:

5+ years event or customer marketing experience; Project management experience.Advanced knowledge and/or experience in sales and partner managementAdvanced written/oral communications and analytical and negotiation skillsAdvanced ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of managementAdvanced influencing and consensus-building skillsFrequent senior management, partner and/or customer interface; frequent cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction on execution of tacticsExperience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, with the ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, diverse, and rapidly changing environment.Exhibit ability to stay calm under pressure; resilient to set-backsExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadershipCybersecurity industry experience preferred

About The Role

As a Specialist Sales Manager, NG SIEM/Logscale, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of the Next-Gen SIEM and Log Management business at CrowdStrike. You will combine your relevant technology sales experience with solid industry insight to successfully position our industry-leading NG SIEM and log management platform to our top Enterprise customers– articulating and demonstrating business value/ROI. Your job is to build out your territory and maximize market adoption. What You'll Do

Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically at the CIO and CSO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.Collaborate with peers with cross-functional teams (including the Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at both the individual contributor and executive level.Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into one of the following markets (SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management).Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment.Strong presentation skills and ability to skillfully interact with technical stakeholders as well as executive decision makers.Success in owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach / methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc).Comfortable in team selling environment working in close collaboration with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.History and reputable track record of exceeding goals and sales quotas – high achiever!Consultative sales approach – ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently.Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting) – ability to discover and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing business customers.Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented – work together, win together attitude. Excellent problem resolution skills – resourceful and constructive.
