📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist customers with delivery issuesHandle loadout, inventory or other warehouse tasks needed for the operationRouting and assigning driversTrack daily routesManaging morning loadoutsChecking in drivers at the end of the day

Work locations of each position will be determined during the hiring process. Each work location will depend on business needs and the essential functions of the position.
Shift Available: Wednesday and Sunday OFF - 11am - 7:30pm EST
