Inventory Audit Manager/Embryologist

As the Inventory Audit Manager/Embryologist at CryoFuture, you will assist in implementing and maintaining an efficient inventory management system to track and control specimens, ensuring their integrity and availability. You will also work closely with IVF clinics to audit and track their specimen inventory onsite. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the daily operations of our biorepository, managing the collection, processing, storage, and distribution of biological samples for research purposes. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality biospecimen data and involves coordinating with patients and clinicians. It also includes a key sales component, where you will work closely with fertility clinics and our sales team to expand our specimen base. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of laboratory procedures, a focus on regulatory compliance, excellent relationship-building skills, and exceptional management abilities.

• **Inventory Management:** Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system to track and control specimens, ensuring their integrity and availability.
• **Bio specimen Management:** Work with a team to oversee all aspects of biospecimen management, including collection, processing, storage, tracking, and distribution of biospecimens.
• **Operations Management:** Assist in managing the daily operations of the biorepository, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient utilization of resources, and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• **Quality Assurance & Compliance:** Ensure all operations comply with relevant ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols, conduct regular audits, and rectify non-compliance issues.
• **Patient & Clinic Support:** Coordinate with patients and clinic staff to make sure specimen collection protocols are followed and address any questions related to specimen collection or storage.
• **Sales and Business Development:** Build relationships with staff at local fertility clinics and collaborate with the sales team to attract more frozen specimens from the clinics. Act as a key point of contact for patients, promoting our services and facilitating sales.
• **Staff Supervision & Training:** Supervise laboratory staff, provide ongoing training, and evaluate performance to ensure the highest level of competence and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

• IVF lab and relevant experience in the fertility or reproductive biorepository.- B.S in Science- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive company vehicles to and from clinics- Proficiency in using lab equipment, excel, CRM, and task management software-Must have a minimum of 3 years of IVF lab experience
