📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Controller wanted for a main-stay of the Nashville non-profit community. Perfect opportunity to work for a firm that is doing real good in the community. The Controller will report directly to the CFO, and will be exposed to finances across the organization.
The Controller will be well-compensated:Salary up to $75k (Or more depending on experience)25 days of PTO! (Rare!)Discretionary bonusHybrid Schedule with 1 or more work from home day per weekFlexible schedule
The Controller will be responsible for:All Financial OperationsA/P, A/RGeneral Ledger Management and Month End CloseSupervise PayrollAssist with Annual BudgetSupervise Admin Assistant
A well-qualified Controller candidate possess:3+ years in a similar accounting roleExperience in non-profit preferredB.S. in Accounting or Finance preferredStrong communication skills - both written and verbal
