Duties/ResponsibilitiesCoordinate structural design on multidiscipline project teams including Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing (MEP) professionals.Preparation of drawings and 3D models for cleanrooms, laboratories, chemical or gas storage rooms and support facilities; Generate material take offs. BIM Design Coordination between disciplinesIntegrate submittals, manufacturers data and as-built information into the BIM Model and Perform QA drafting check on design drawings. Coordinate with other disciplines for ID check, clash report and review vendor drawingsPresent 30% 60% 90% design reviews to stakeholders and multi-discipline teamsComply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies. Work with other disciplines to find solutionsRequired Skills in Autodesk AutoCAD. Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelinesteam player to promote a good working environment.Job History, ability to work in team environment and communicates technical solution effectively is required.skill to interface with other project team members.to deliver on a project’s established scope, schedule and budgetto layout foundations and structures with limited input from EngineerEducation and ExperienceSchool diploma. Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting preferred and 3 years of relevant experience or 10 years of experience in structural design of commercial, industrial, or manufacturing industries.AEC or EPC experience is required.
