Job Details

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for CDI will report to the Vice President and General Manager (VP/GM) for CDI. This person will oversee the overall operations of the Programs Management and Product Sales and in conjunction with the VP/GM’s onto achieveing the overall financial results for the CDI business to include all aspects of the profit and loss (P&L) management. The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, meeting customer expectations, and executing deliverables on time and within or under budget. This role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of Geospatial lobal Spatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Full Unified Motion Video (UMV) missions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct and control all activities that our product leaders and program leaders, include the execution and delivery to our customers, customer satisfaction and continued growth of our programs current in progress or preparing for recompetes.Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, key stakeholders, partners and suppliers.Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company growth goals and objectives, supporting the BD and capture organization when necessary.Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive revenue and profitability.Develop policies and procedures related to the operations of CDI that are in line with business objectives, establish short- and long-term roadmaps, milestone tracking and financial expectations. Measure the results of programs and product management and take appropriate remediation actions as necessary to ensure success.Ensure that the organization structure is efficiently planned, conduct performance reviews, and manage teams for success using a continuous improvement philosophy.Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and predictability.Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related fieldTypically, 20+ years of broad and diverse experience in software product sales and program management with US Government classified programs.Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within a technically driven Government Contract organization. Intelligence experience a plus.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Intelligence experience required.Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
