Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling content across various mediums and possess strong design skills. As a key member of Cubiscan and our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand, increasing sales opportunities, and building and engaging our audience.

We are looking for a self-starter that holds him/herself accountable. We need someone we can trust to execute well and communicate project progress proactively. To succeed in this role, you need the ability to write succinctly and clearly while educating and providing value to our audience.

Responsibilities: Writing Copy: Craft captivating copy for emails, white papers, case studies, PowerPoint presentations, organic and paid social media posts, and video scripts.

Designing Marketing Assets: Develop visually appealing marketing assets including organic and paid social graphics, sales collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials.

Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for company social media channels. Strategize and execute plans to grow legitimate followers and increase brand awareness and authority by providing real value (zero-click content) and producing engaging/educational graphics. Proactively create and maintain a content creation and distribution calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Product and Industry Expertise: Possess internal drive to become an expert on Cubiscan products and the industries and applications where they are used. Utilize expertise to provide value through social media and content creation.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in content creation and social media management. Proficiency in writing and editing copy for various formats and channels. Strong design skills with experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc. Familiarity with video creation and editing tools is a plus. Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus. Willingness to travel as required for trade shows and to collect digital assets/case study data and interviews. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
