Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Systems Engineer 3 in Mossville, IL. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the development of digital products across various technology platforms, aiming to empower our customers to manage their businesses more efficiently. This role involves evaluating and refining potential solutions to enhance the value of our machine products within our web solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating customer needs into effective solutions that address both customer and dealer requirements. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in delivering results within complex projects.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and communicate innovative ideas. Work closely with development teams to address and fulfill industry needs. Ensure the delivery of short-term needs aligns with the long-term vision. Engage in continuous dialogue with team members and other departments to foster an environment of collective growth and knowledge sharing.

Typical Day

Engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Collaborate with the development team to brainstorm, design, and implement solutions. Perform regular follow-ups and updates to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 5-7 years of experience in Earthmoving equipment and/or telematics solutions.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in listening to customers and stakeholders to identify new product opportunities and features. Experience in developing information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. A unique blend of technical expertise, business insight, and strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with PowerBi, Tableau, or MATLab/Simulink is a plus.

Soft Skills

Ability to conduct informal presentations and engage in technical discussions across various levels of understanding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a diverse team environment.
