📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
I am working with a very progressive and innovative international Dental Sales organization in trying to fill a Territory Manager opening in a Washington D.C.-NVA-Montgomery County, Maryland metro based territory. This territory will include the state of Maryland, the state of Virginia and the D.C. metro area -- hence, plenty of windshield time and up to 4-5 overnights per month. *Candidates can live in NVA/D.C. metro/MD - ideally Montgomery County or close to D.C.You will be selling a diversified product portfolio to both General Dentists & Specialists in a prospecting & account management type of sales role.This client can offer you:-A personalized and growing division-Strong financial backing & resources from the parent organization.-Quality products to sell.-Excellent long-term career advancement opportunity into leadership roles based on merit vs. tenure. -Dynamic Senior Leadership in place with the start of 2023. Exciting plans ahead in the years to come for growth with this division. -$80,000-$85,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commission -$50,000-$60,000 @ plan (No Caps) + Quarterly Bonus + Car Allowance & Comprehensive benefits package. $130,000-$140,000> 1st year earning potential.Experience Desired:-BA/BS Degree - Life Science Degree a plus; Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports.
