📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Role:Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a mid-level organizational change management consultant who will be responsible for driving successful adoption and acceptance of organizational changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and driving more benefit from change by ensuring it is effectively supported, implemented, and sustained. You will produce data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives. You recognize change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, so you’ll learn about your client’s operating environment and specific needs to create a customized action plan with a focus on exploring, planning, organizing, and driving positive results. In addition, you will need to be able to:

Assessing the impact of changes on employees, teams, and processes to identify potential challenges and develop effective mitigation plans.Engage key stakeholders, project managers, department leaders, and executives to gain buy-in and support for change initiativesCommunicate and facilitate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide clear and consistent messaging regarding the change process and benefitsConduct pre- and post- implementation assessments to provide relevant data and measure the effectiveness of change interventions

While the exact nature of each engagement is unique, common projects in this space include:

Driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and adoption (full and modular)Integrating teams post-merger and acquisitionEvolving processes, systems, and workflows to achieve true transformational changeDeveloping end-to-end change capability – including setting up change functions and PMOsLeading organizational re-structuring – including insourcing and outsourcingEngaging teams in planning and implementing widescale technological change and digital transformation

Need to Have (Required Qualifications):The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable navigating multiple competing priorities, and capable of making progress with deliverables when high ambiguity and uncertainty exists. They will also bring:

3-5 years of hands-on/applied experience supporting organizational change management programs such as business and people readiness, change impact analysis, organizational design, change communications, etc.Strong analytical mindset to identify and diagnose problems, including root cause analysis and the ability to identify inter-/co-dependencies.Exceptional time management and proven ability to prioritize multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.Experience with developing, managing, and executing communication and training plans.Comfort facilitating technical training both onsite and virtually, working with participants of all technical skill levels.Ability to simplify and synthesize complex challenges and concepts, breaking down problems into actionable solutions that drive desired outcomes.Strong initiative and ability to independently manage ambiguity, pitching in where needed to ensure we deliver on our People-First promise.Proven track record of building trusted relationships across multiple industries and networks.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):Prosci, PMP, CCMP, ITIL, PgMP or similar certification.Complementary experience in management, human resources, instructional design, training, communications, organizational behavior or psychology.Experience supporting technology implementations from a change perspective (for example, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, IFS, etc.)Experience applying multiple project and change management methodologies (ADKAR, Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Kotter’s, Lewin’s, AIM, etc.)Experience in architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions.Experience creating and presenting senior-level briefings and reports.A diverse network you can tap into as a source of future opportunities.

Important Information:This is an salaried, permanent hire role (we are not seeking independent consultants or contractors at this time)This is a full-time role working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with availability Monday to Friday based on need. Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required.Must have ability to travel locally or out of state, approximately 25%.This role does not manage any direct reports.
