Senior Manager, Information Security Compliance

The focus of this position will be to coordinate the organization’s compliance and certification audits as well as additional audits and audit-related activities, and annual penetration testing. The successful candidate will be able interact with a variety of technical and non-technical teams to collect, comprehend, and submit documentation, artifacts, and evidence in support of specific control sets. The successful candidate will also be able to track multiple project threads and identify potential trouble spots to avoid project disruption.

The Impact You'll Have

Work closely with inter-departmental technical personnel to coordinate compliance efforts for various certification including SOC 2 Type II and StateRAMP certificationsOversee implementation and remediation efforts for a variety of security and compliance auditsManage a variety of other security related projects including procedural exercises or technology deployments

What We're Looking For:

Experience in achieving organizational security certifications.Significant prior experience successfully coordinating SOC 2 Type II and/or FedRAMP/StateRAMP certification audits.Significant prior experience successfully coordinating penetration testing.A technical background with the ability to understand what’s needed in order to meet compliance controls in support of evidence collection and comprehension of control sets. Strong organizational skills.Strong technical writing skills.Strong professional communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and communicate findings and present results to non-technical leadership personnel.Strong privacy and confidentiality skills.The ability to coordinate workstreams.The ability to meet milestones, timelines, and deadlines as set by both internal leadership and external audit and testing organizations.

Minimum qualifications

5+ years of experience successfully coordinating compliance audits at a mid to large sized organization.A Bachelor’s degree.Background in project management.Experience in Ed-Tech field a plusRelevant Security Certifications preferred

Benefits and Pay Range

Pay Range – This role’s range is $126,750. - $233,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
