ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides oversight of all C&W Services Maintenance and Custodial operationsOversees major repairs and renovations of mechanical systemsOversees plant maintenance, operations activities and building renovationsPresides at weekly scheduling meetings and reconciles the maintenance requirements of individual areas so facility maintenance needs are metEnsures all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost effective manner according to the applicable codesEnsures all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state and local lawsAssists in reviewing and engineering, with the customer representative(s), any plans or specifications for additional maintenance, construction and renovationsDeliver facility and operations products and services at a high level.Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.Develop and maintain department emergency response procedures.Execution of site wide preventive maintenance programs.Oversee and operate site CMMS and EMS controlsDevelop, deploy and manage site Key Performance Indicators.Generate monthly productivity report for customer.

Requirements

Computer proficient, with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service, managerial, communication, and technical skillsWorking hours are not confined to weekdays, may also include evenings and weekends as well as on-call for emergency situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levelsExperience managing a facility with a building automation systemAbility to effectively communicate to customer and subordinatesAbility to develop and manage the facility operation’s budgetMust be able to work with co-workers in a professional and non-confrontational manner
