📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Seeking a Senior Property Accountant to work with a fun team of real estate professionals through their CAM issues and leasing cycles here in Seattle, CW. This position will be an integral part of a highly successful organization. Responsible all functions relating to Property Accounting, GAAP Accounting, Common Area Management (CAM) and operating expenses - the position will have high visibility to leadership throughout the company. Your responsibilities as the Senior Property Accountant include:Prepares and updates the Excel-based budget and CAM rec workbook on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisAssists with the preparation of the annual budget forecasting, property budgets, common area reconciliationsAnalyzes and interprets lease language to ensure proper application/compliance regarding billings and paymentsMonth end close, AR, AP and Reconciliation duties
You should have the following qualifications:5 + years of commercial (retail) real estateMinimum 3+ years of work experience in commercial real estateExperience working with financial tools such as Excel and Yardi.
