Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager with CWS Construction Group Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, managing project budgets, attending OAC meetings, and ensuring quality control. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
QualificationsProject Management, at least 5 years.Experience in public works constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes and techniquesExperience in inspection and quality controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
