📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are one of the largest commercial paint contractors in the country. We are a family-owned business that provides architectural, industrial, and maintenance coating services for some of the most recognizable facilities in Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, and beyond. Our strong emphasis on high-quality service and client satisfaction has made us the select partner for general contractors, property management firms, and facility managers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to provide accurate estimates for our floor coating projects. This individual will be responsible for determining the scope of the project, calculating material and labor costs, and creating quotes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Construction, Estimating, Floor Coating, and Coatings.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate bids, proposals, and project specifications to ensure that all requirements are metConnect and develop relationshipAnalyze materials, labor, and other costs associated with the projectPrepare estimates according to company protocolsPresent estimates to clients and managementCheck drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracyNegotiate pricing and contract terms with clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentConstruction estimating experience is a plus, but not requiredPersonable and able to connect with clientsComputer literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
