Construction Manager - Commercial/Multi-Family Construction

We are a top single-family production home builder who is in the process of growing into the Commercial & Multi-Family industry. Founded in 2006, we have grown into a top home builder, but our growth has taken us into other areas of building. With that in mind, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience building either Commercial Construction or Multi-Family Construction

What You Will Be Doing

Manage trade partners and consultants Inspect and approve work Manager assistant construction managers Manage and work safety Manager home building process and timing

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Commercial/Multi-Family construction experience Proficient in Microsoft applications Knowledge & building experience in Dallas
