📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Chief Estimator is responsible for providing technical estimating and supervision of estimators from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer. We are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator that brings experience with ground up Commercial and Data Centers.
5 Years Experience:
Electrical Estimating in the construction industryFamiliar with a variety of electrical concepts, practices, and proceduresDemonstrated ability to plan and organize work and successfully complete projects under tight deadlinesProvide ongoing, timely communication to key stakeholders regarding project statusAccubid Software a MUSTProject sizes: $50 - 70 MillionBid style: Hard bid, design bid, negotiate workDepartment currently has 5 Estimators, Ultimately supervising up to 10 peoplePMs assists with Estimates up to 100K
