What You Will Be Doing

Prepare ALL work in accordance with office approved processes, format and standards

Work on assigned tasks, under direction of senior engineering staff, performing engineering analyses and calculations

Under direction of senior engineering staff, prepare required documents in CAD and BIM format

Perform 3D finite element analysis and design under direction of senior engineering staff

Perform tasks accurately and on time with necessary guidance, and proactively seek advice on tasks as needed

Manage other staff members, as required, when assigned as a Task Leader

Participate in external/in-house seminars and training activities/sessions and development of in-house design templates, checklist and standards

What You Need for this Position

Bachelors or Masters in Architecture, Civil, Construction or Structural Engineering

Basic understanding of structural analysis/design fundamentals

3D finite element analysis

Current building and material codes

BIM & CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tkela or equivalent

Ability to work outdoor and in a manufacturing plant
