We are looking for a Director/Partner level Tax Executive who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability. What You Will Be Doing

Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clients

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Public Accounting experience Bachelors Degree in Accounting Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns high wealth individuals, Trusts, Estates, Gift Tax, etc. Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulations
