📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Overview: The Investment Banking Associate will serve as an integral part of the financial services team, helping to provide a variety of services that support clients long-term objectives. The Associate will be supporting day-to-day operations as well as providing guidance, training and support to the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial services, with advanced knowledge in due diligence, valuations, accounting, financial analysis, and investment banking.
Key Responsibilities
Gather detailed financial information to perform due diligence and valuations.Analyze financial and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.Develop financial models and projections.Prepare presentations to demonstrate results to senior leadership.Assist with marketing pitches and client relationship building.Provide support to the team in other areas, including public speaking, attention to detail, and accounting.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or other related field.2+ years of experience in financial services, investment banking, or related field.Strong knowledge of financial services, due diligence, valuations, accounting, financial analysis, and investment banking.Proficiency with financial modeling, market valuation, and data analysis.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
