📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a mid-level to senior associate attorney with experience in civil litigation and insurance coverage. We are looking for someone to fill a position in our insurance coverage section working with the head of the section.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting legal researchDrafting and filing motionsPreparing for and attending depositionsAppearing in courtsAssisting with all aspects of case management and trial preparation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.Admission to CA bar.Experience in complex litigationExperience with insurance coverageExperience with Breach of Contract
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 (DOE)Flexible to being remote but prefer at least hybrid in DTLA office
