📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Overview: The Litigation Attorney will provide legal advice and advocacy in civil litigation matters. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and drafting legal documents.

Conducting legal research, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnessesDrafting, filing, and arguing legal motions and pleadingsPreparing and presenting cases in courtNegotiating settlements with opposing counselCounseling clients on legal mattersProviding advice on legal matters related to commercial and employment law
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in FL4+ years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigationKnowledge of federal and state laws related to commercial and employment litigation.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
