Low Voltage Systems Estimator - Commercial

Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time detailed and organized Low Voltage Systems Estimator with good communication skills to work with our team in Sacramento, CA. Experience working with Low Voltage Systems including A/V, Security, Telecom, DAS, and Wifi is highly desirable. Position requirements include:

Estimating using Technology Estimating Software.Lump Sum, GMP, and Design Build Estimation as required.Change order estimating and financial tracking.Quality Control of documents sent to the project team. Communication with project team, project contractors, and prime contractors for purpose of coordination.Pre-construction services.

Qualifications

Low Voltage Systems including A/V, Security, Telecom, DAS, and Wifi.Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.3+ years experience with estimating.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Bluebeam.Identify, understand and meet project schedule deliverables.
