Maintenance & Engineering Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

As a Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will work on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our maintenance and capital functions, supporting the overall operations of our organization. You will get the opportunity to contribute to optimizing equipment reliability, managing costs effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our maintenance department, ultimately making a positive impact on our productivity and HS&E performance.

You will be accountable for:Implementing and maintaining high standards of HS&E performance across all maintenance and capital functions.Ensuring equipment reliability while managing costs and resources effectively.Balancing the need for immediate response to maintenance issues with the long-term goals of preventive maintenance and system improvement.Managing a diverse team of maintenance and reliability engineers, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.Developing and implementing effective maintenance management systems.

About You

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Relevant work experience in maintenance management and capital functions within a manufacturing setting.Competencies:Proficiency in using a CMMS with SAP or a similar system.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to equipment reliability and maintenance issues.Knowledge of industry-standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.Behaviors:Committed to promoting health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all operations.A strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and continuous learning.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.Benefits
