What You Will Be Doing
Leadership: Lead construction teams of various sizesEstimating: Estimate construction projects and change ordersBudgeting: Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budgetCost Tracking: Make monthly cost forecastsRegular weekly overtime
What You Need for this Position
At least 3yrs as a Project Manager within a Commercial Construction Environment
Estimating experienceStrong computer skillsSchedule experienceAbility to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design processThrive in a team environmentAble to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervisionA strong sense of value in making design decisionsA well-rounded knowledge of constructionA strong desire to help your field employees!
