Salary: $70K-$125K+ DOE
Requirements: CPA/EA, Public Accounting, Thomson UltraTax (preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
Job Title: Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense/Labor Law
Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
Salary: $85K-$150K DOE
Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to NY State Bar, Labor Law 200, 240, 241
What You Will Be Doing
Quarterly tax planning Prep individual, fiduciary, corporate, and partnership income tax returns Monthly financial statement review Prep and review quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns Create and establish strategies for small businesses
What You Need for this Position
JD with Admission to the NY state bar association Experience handling Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims is strongly preferred Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related with CPA or EA license Tech-saavy Experience with Thomson UltraTax or Thomson products is a plus Tax prep background
